Evidence & provenance

Sources matter.

A source list alone is not a verification system. Our research distinguishes source type, claim scope, uncertainty, and changes over time.

Evidence classification

Facts, primary sources, inferences, company claims, projections, disputed findings, and unknowns are not interchangeable.

Verification state

Claims may be verified, partial, contested, or unknown. Unresolved evidence is not silently upgraded.

Corrections

Material corrections should record what changed, why, and which public content was affected.

Episode-specific claim references and historical identifiers will appear only after governed verification. Missing evidence is never assumed to be approval.
